Overall, it's wonderful base for exploring Puerto Vallarta tourist places. Very professional and competent staff, thank you for your job. The venue has perfect and convenient setting on the market. And it's very close to many shops and restaurants as well as the center of Zona Romantica.

We recently stayed at V399 in Puerto Vallarta for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The secure entrance and guarded feeling gave us peace of mind. The rooftop pool offered a beautiful ocean view, although there were limited sunbeds. we had a fantastic stay and would choose V399 again.
Would recommend this hotel.

Super quiet at night. Very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Private security and elevator in a beautiful and secure building. Responsive staff and easy access to housekeeping services. Rooftop pool is clean and never crowded. Great coffee shop and taco stand nearby. Perfect location in the romantic zone.
Felt more than at home, no complaints.

Our stay at V399 - 307 was great value for the money. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a large balcony with a nice breeze. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Zona Romantica, close to the beach, shows, restaurants. The staff treated us well and the rooftop pool was a total treat!
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe offering a wider variety of options.
